Hi, my name is Tess and I used to be so scared of birth, complications and the pain that was supposed to go with it, that I didn't want anything to do with it. But then I met my current husband, things 

changed and I realized I had to deal with the issue since we wanted to have a baby. 

I remembered I had seen a TV program with a woman who was giving birth in hypnoses, way back when I was about 8 years old. That woman was completely comfortable and in NO PAIN at all. It was amazing and I went looking for that. I immediately found HypnoBirthing and it made sense to me. I decided to follow a course and thought it was great. But hey, the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Could I actually achieve a relaxed birth? Even me??

Yes, I can. And if even I can do it, I'm certain that you can too. The wonderful experience of birthing my baby girl, where my husband and I were managing the whole thing, making sure it went just as we wished, was amazing. I did not expect this at all.

I cannot guarantee you will birth without pain, although some women have accomplished this with HypnoBirthing. Like the founder and developer of this course, Marie Mongan. But I can tell you that you will be well prepared, have as relaxed and calm a birth as possible, and you will be so knowledgeable that you can make your own decisions.

After the birth of my little girl I knew for sure, every woman has the right to trust her body, have a relaxed birth the way nature intended it to be. Or, if a cesarean is necessary, to remain calm and in confidence. I wanted to contribute to this goal, changing the world a little at a time. Bringing women back to trusting their body, knowing what is going on and having families experience a special journey, the way they want to when their little one arrives.
